R. 'Brand X'
This R. burmanicum hybrid is new to us, but have rave reviews from Fort Bragg, CA where we got the cuttings. The foliage is textured and shiny with tiny hairs that line the edges, making it interesting. The plant grows low, only being 3 ft tall in 10 years. There may be some light fragrance on a warm day. The flowers are in clusters of 4-6 and are light yellow with a kiss of pink on the newly opened flowers. The plant is tender, only being hardy to 25 deg F.
