Native from Northern California north to Alaska, this ground cover is a prostrate form of Manzanita. Lovely dark green foliage, which with this cultivar is resistant to spotting, covers this plant abundantly. Great for covering a bank, as it will grow downhill giving a "waterfall effect". The small white and pink flowers appear throughout the year, but more abundantly in springtime. This is the true species, which seems to grow flatter on the ground. A very choice goundcover.
