This exceptional hybrid has been around for over 60 years so you know it has to be a good one. Adapting to a wide range of conditions, this plant has lovely rich red flowers on a plant that grows wider than tall with thick, dark-green leathery leaves. I have been told that all of the red flowering rhododendrons are judged against this cultivar. What a red!
