Considered one of the top rhododendrons in the trade by the American Rhododendron Society, often being awarded the coveted 'Rhododendron of the Year' award. Rich blood-red flowers cover the plant in mid late March or early April. It will be 6 ft. tall and 8 ft. wide in 10 years. the plant can grow well in sun or shade. The foliage is A+ with thick texture, very dark-green in color, and quite large. A hard plant to beat! You can tell her apart from her sister, Grace Seabrook, by her remarkable red buds.
