Developed by Harold Greer of Greer Gardens Nursery, this attractive Exbury type azalea is, most likely, a hybrid of 'Homebush'. The flowers open into ball trusses of pink and white, and as the flowers age the pink darkens giving a striking effect. The plant is hardy to -25 deg F, and will be 6 ft tall in 10 years.
