This new FRAGRANT maddenii hybrid comes to us from Phil & Lucy Johnson of Fort Bragg, CA. One of the parents is R. 'Butterhorn', which gives the yellow throat, and unusual foliage. This one has a 'look' like no other. The fragrance is quite strong, with a 'honeysuckle' perfume! Hardy to 25 deg F.
