A new Michalea from down under. Anthony Tesselaar is a hybridizer of magnolias and Michaleas in Aurtralia, and has created some award winning plants. Even though the botanists are now saying that Michalea is now considered to be in the group called Magnolia, we still think it is different enough to be called a Michalea. This small tree will grow to be 9ft - 12ft tall and 5-7 ft wide. Hardy to zone 7.
