Also known as the 'Tough Leaf Iris' and the Oregon Iris, this native West Coast iris is quite floriferous and resilient in the garden. The plant seems to very tough and hardy, growing for many years in the garden. This evergreen perennial will produce a profusion of flowers ranging from pale lavender, to rich purple to pale violet-blue. Great for rockeries, along the edge of a pathway, or near water features.
