Found and introduced by W.H. Rogers Nurseries of Chandlers Ford, Hants, England around 1930, this miniature form of Hinoki Cypress is sought after by collectors for its slow growth. A 20 year old specimen will rarely be wider than 12 inches. An ideal rockery plant. The plant never needs pruning, and always looks perfect.
