A Japanese white pine with new growth being bright gold over blue-green. What a nice contrast. Others say the gold color is best when grown in a bit of shade. The tree will become a broad pyramid over time, and grows 7-8 inches per year. It is slow at first, then will pick up steam as it becomes established. Can grow in most soil types if well drained.
