Here is a tree that will look great in any landscape. This purple-leaved cultivar of the Missouri native redbud tree even has rosy-pink flowers on bare branches in late winter or early spring. The tree grows slow, but is worth the effort. Fall color can be variable, with attractive shades of reddish-purple and orange. Grows about 10-12 feet tall and wide in 10-15 years.
