The multi-colored lacy foliage on this cultivar sets it apart from most of the other dissectum maples. Found and introduced by Yutaka Tanaka of Tsukasa Nursery in Japan. Since then the cultivar has been sought after by collectors and prized for its brilliant show of red, pink, purple and green colors throughout the season. Even the branches have streaks of color in the winter. Hardy to zone 5.
